MVV Capital Management LLC (“MVV”) is organized in the State of Wyoming and operates as an Exempt Reporting Adviser (“ERA”). MVV relies on applicable federal and state exemptions from investment adviser registration and is therefore not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) or with FINRA.

MVV provides investment management and administrative services to privately offered single-purpose vehicles (“SPVs”) and other private investment entities. Access to these SPVs is limited to investors who meet the definitions of “accredited investor,” “qualified client,” or “qualified purchaser,” as required under U.S. securities laws.
